Four Years of Journey – Happy 4th Anniversary to Tokyo Tech Lab

On September 9, 2023, Tokyo Tech Lab successfully held its 4th anniversary event at LaVa Haus - Homestay Hòa Bình. This event celebrated the company's journey and development while expressing gratitude to customers and partners who have supported the company over the years.

The event was attended by over 60 employees and guests, including company members and partners.

The program was divided into three main parts:

Phần 1 : Teambuilding

The team engaged in various team-building activities at LaVa Haus - Homestay. These activities were designed to foster unity and strengthen bonds among members. Everyone participated enthusiastically, working together to overcome the challenges presented by the organizers. The experience was filled with joy and camaraderie.

Part 2: Gala Dinner and Talent Show

The gala dinner took place in the main courtyard of the resort, with the entire company in attendance. The event featured performances from different teams in a lively and captivating talent show.

Opening the dinner, CEO Ms. Dao Thi Hong Le expressed her heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to all staff and guests:

“This is the fourth time I stand before you to reflect on a year full of challenges. Thanks to the unity and efforts of every individual, we have overcome these obstacles to celebrate today. I believe that with our collective determination, Tokyo Tech Lab will continue to thrive and achieve even greater success in the future.”

Mr. Mishra Ujjwal, COO of Tokyo Techies, also shared his thoughts:

“Tokyo Techies and Tokyo Tech Lab have grown together over the years. I remember when Tokyo Tech Lab was just a small team of three people. Now, four years later, that number has increased twentyfold. Our slogan, 'By Vietnamese Agility - For Japanese Quality,' encapsulates our mission to deliver high-quality Japanese services with Vietnamese agility. I am here at TTLab to work alongside everyone, sharing the same office space as one team. Because that’s who we are—one team in two countries, united by a common goal.”

Part 3: Celebration and Reflection

The journey of Tokyo Tech Lab began with just three employees. Four years later, the team has expanded twentyfold. Although four years is not a long time, it signifies the wise leadership and collective effort that have driven the company’s success.

At this 4th-anniversary gala, all staff put aside their work to come together for a celebratory dinner. Everyone raised their glasses, reminisced about the challenges they had overcome, and shared heartfelt conversations. The atmosphere was filled with joy and camaraderie, strengthening the bonds between colleagues. The event concluded on a high note, uniting everyone in their shared commitment to propelling Tokyo Tech Lab to the forefront of Vietnam’s tech industry.

Throughout the evening, laughter and stories were shared as everyone sang, danced, and celebrated together.
